FAQ
You might be wondering…
How is the price calculated?
It depends on the vehicle, the distance and any options (loading help, waiting time). The total price is shown before you confirm: you won’t pay more than what’s shown, unless you add a stop or waiting time during the trip.
Can I book for later?
Yes. Choose the pickup date and time when you book. A driver is assigned before the scheduled time.
How does the delivery code work?
When you book, a 4-digit code is created. Share it with the recipient. On arrival, they give it to the driver, who enters it in their app. Without the right code, the delivery can’t be completed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Orange Money, MTN MoMo, CarGoo Wallet and cash on delivery. Available methods may vary by country.
Do you deliver between cities?
Yes, with our Intercity service, one-way or round trip, in the countries where CarGoo operates.
Are my goods insured?
Drivers are vetted before they’re accepted and every trip is tracked. For high-value goods, contact us before booking to agree on terms.
