You can delete your CarGoo (customer) or CarGoo Partners (driver) account at any time, directly in the app or by writing to us.
In the app
- Open the app and go to Account (or Profile for drivers).
- Choose Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.
Without the app
Write to contact@cargoo.delivery with the subject “Account deletion”, including the phone number on your account.
We confirm deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, number, email, photo.
- Your saved addresses and preferences.
- For drivers: your documents and vehicle photos.
What is kept
Some transaction data (amounts, trip and payment dates) is kept in anonymized form or for the period required by law, for accounting and fraud prevention. Everything else is erased within 30 days.
Your wallet balance must be used or withdrawn before deletion: it can no longer be accessed afterward.
