These terms apply to your use of the CarGoo and CarGoo Partners apps and the cargoo.delivery / cargoo.online website. By creating an account, you accept them.
The service
CarGoo connects customers who want to transport goods with drivers and vehicle owners. The trip price is shown before booking.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for the use of your account and for keeping your codes confidential.
Customers
- Describe the goods accurately (type, weight, volume). Illegal goods, undeclared hazardous goods and goods prohibited from transport are refused.
- Make sure someone is present at pickup and delivery, and share the delivery code with the recipient.
- Waiting, extra stop or late cancellation fees may apply; they are shown in the app.
Drivers
- You must hold a valid license, vehicle and insurance, and obey traffic laws.
- You transport the goods with care and complete the delivery with the recipient’s code.
- A commission is taken on each trip; the amount is shown in the app.
Payment
Trips are paid by mobile money, CarGoo Wallet or cash, depending on the country. Receipts are available in the app.
Liability
CarGoo vets drivers before accepting them and tracks trips. In case of damage or loss, contact us within 48 hours with the trip number: we review every claim.
Suspension
An account may be suspended for fraud, dangerous behavior or failure to comply with these terms.
